Regional Product Manager – Engineering Plastics

Central Europe | Home Office | Extensive Travel

On behalf of a leading distributor of engineering plastics and polymer raw materials, we are looking for a Regional Product Manager – Engineering Plastics.

This is a strategically relevant role with full commercial ownership of a defined product family across Europe.

The position combines portfolio strategy, supplier leadership, and key account development within a dynamic, growth-oriented international environment.

You will take full responsibility for the commercial success of the Engineering Plastics portfolio, driving profitable growth through:

  • Execution of the European commercial strategy

  • Margin ownership, pricing strategy, and forecasting

  • Strategic supplier management and negotiations

  • Development of new distribution channels

  • Active business development and key account management

You will act as the commercial driver of the specified product range, translating market intelligence into sustainable growth.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in engineering plastics, polymer raw materials, or technical chemical distribution
  • Strong commercial track record with measurable growth achievements

  • Technical background (Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science) preferred
  • Experience managing international supplier relationships

  • High strategic capability combined with hands-on execution mindset

  • Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous

  • Comfortable with extensive European travel
